I submitted my i130 on October 2 of this year (2021) and got a "your case is being actively reviewed" 1 week later. I am doing the i130 for my spouse and I am a US citizen. How long after actively reviewed does it take? And since it is being actively reviewed does that mean mine is going quicker? If you receive an RFE, you will have between 30 and 90 days to respond and provide the required information. The USCIS will only give you a final decision on your green card application after receiving the required information. But it sounds like marriage based I-130 and your spouse was an LPR and recently became a US citizen?
